Troop 521 held its Court of Honor on February 16, 2004.
	The meeting began with hot pizza delivered by one of our parents as a treat.  It was great and everyone got plenty while it was still hot. The Committee Chair convened the meeting and the awards began.
First, everyone received their new membership cards and their service pins ranging anywhere from 2 years to 12 years.  The Scouts also received a total of 42 merit badges.
