Hiking at Shiloh - November 2002

In November, Troop 521 went to Shiloh National Battlefield Park.  While there, the senior Scouts completed a one-day 20-mile hike for the Hiking merit badge.  The Lightning Patrol completed a 10-mile hike, also for the Hiking merit badge. 

Everyone who went agreed that it was an excellent trip and that the best feeling in the world is taking off your shoes at the end of a long hike.
